You are the customer, not the inventory

Vault starts free, permanently: fifteen holdings, every asset class — property with its mortgage, companies, crypto — snapshots, export, and the same encryption Pro gets. Pro removes the holdings cap and adds the financial-independence projection for $15 a month. There are no ads, no advisor referrals, and no data sold to anyone at any price. Open a vault during early access and Pro is free until launch, and for a year after that.

Early access — free until launch

A vault opened now gets Pro at no charge: no holdings ceiling, the financial-independence projection, and file import. Not the free tier — the whole instrument. It stays free until Vault launches, and for a year after that, before you are asked to choose between the plans below.

Accounts opened during early access keep their data and are never converted into a bill without being asked. There will be no tier that unlocks advice, tax reporting or a bank connection — because none of those will exist at any price.

Someone has to pay for this, and it should be you

A net-worth app is paid for by its users or by someone who wants their data. There is no third option. Vault takes the subscription, which is what makes it possible to refuse the bank connection: nothing downstream needs your transactions, so nothing asks for them.

  • No advertising.
  • No advisor referrals or lead generation.
  • No data sold, shared or brokered, at any price.
  • No custody of your assets, and no percentage of them.

What the two plans are

Free holds up to fifteen holdings and consolidates them into one exact figure: every asset class, property with its mortgage, companies, monthly snapshots, and export whenever you want it. Pro is $15 a month, removes the cap, adds the financial-independence projection and unlocks file import. Free tells you what you are worth; Pro tells you when you are free.

An annual price is not settled yet, so there is no annual plan on this page. Free vaults are encrypted exactly the same way Pro vaults are: the privacy architecture is not a paid feature and will never become one.

What no price will buy

Advice, tax reporting, a human advisor, or a connection to your bank. Nor does it buy privacy, property tracking or export — those are on every plan and always will be. Cancelling will never lock your data: export stays available whatever you pay, and a lapsed subscription becomes a limited account rather than a closed one.

Questions about the price

What does Vault cost today?

Free holds fifteen holdings and costs nothing, permanently. Pro is $15 a month — and if you open a vault during early access, Pro is free until launch and for a year after that. The fifteen-holding ceiling is real and enforced; the early-access grant is what lifts it for you.

What does the free plan hold?

Up to fifteen holdings, consolidated into one exact figure, with snapshots, history and export. The financial-independence projection is the part that needs Pro. It is a real plan, not a trial with a timer on it.

Is the free version less private?

No. Every vault is encrypted in your browser under a key we never receive, on every plan. The encryption is the architecture, not a feature that scales with the price.

Will I be charged without warning?

No. You will be told before anything is charged, and you choose then.

Can I cancel?

At any time, with no notice period. Your data stays yours and stays exportable, and the account becomes a limited one rather than a closed one.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet. The annual price is not settled, and printing a number before it is agreed is how a price becomes a thing you have to walk back.

Do you take a cut of anything I hold?

No. Vault has no custody, no assets under management, and no referral arrangements.
